There will also be a live group monthly coaching call.

The program is available through our website in the members-only section after you have purchased it. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make a payment and enter all your details and we will start putting together your personalized program!
Yes. You have the option of a month-by-month, quarterly or 6-month subscription plan. Every month you will update your progress in the app to receive the next phase of training plans and new recipes.
Yes! As long as you have an internet connection and access to some basic exercise equipment and common food ingredients you can sign up.
We can tailor the training plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish!
When you sign up you will be offered the choice of basic home gym, advanced home gym or full gym training plans.
Basic Home Gym - You only need body weight, bands and adjustable/selection of dumbbells (to enable you to progress).
Advanced Home Gym - You will need a barbell + weights, adjustable/selection of dumbbells and a pullup bar.
Full Gym - requires standard gym equipment with barbells, dumbbells, machines and cables
Note: You can swap movements within the app if you don’t have access to some of the equipment.
To cancel your membership subscription you must email us with at least 7 days notice before your next payment is due so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account. We do not offer any refunds once a payment has been taken.
The training plan is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to strength training, we’ve got your back with your very own personalised program plus in-depth demos and lessons. Choose weights that are right for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month you will receive updated recipes and the next phase of training to keep you progressing forward month-by-month, no matter your goal.
No! Whilst all of the recipes are 100% vegan, a large percentage of the women who join Vegan Macros Mastery are not vegan themselves. This program is perfect if you’re veg-curious or just want to add more meatless meals to your diet.
When you sign up you will be asked about any allergies or dislikes. Here, you can let us know your preferences so they can be taken into consideration when creating your program.
